Five automations that fire on what actually happened

Each one listens to a real event in your store — a subscribe, a stalled cart, a restock, a price cut — and sends up to three messages on delays you choose. Every automation has its own on/off switch and its own numbers.

Automation 01

Welcome notifications

The first message a new subscriber gets, while they are still on your site and still interested. Use it to introduce the store, hand out a first-order code, or point at the collection they were browsing.

  • Sends within minutes of the opt-in
  • Up to three messages in sequence
  • Two buttons per notification, each with its own link

Fires when: a visitor subscribes

Automation 02

Abandoned cart recovery

The storefront sends a cart snapshot whenever it changes. When one goes quiet, Qpushly queues the first reminder — on the same device the shopper was using, so the cart is one tap away.

  • Cart value and contents available to the message
  • Recovery stops the remaining reminders automatically
  • Recovered carts are marked and linked to the order

Fires when: a cart sits untouched for ten minutes

Automation 03

Browse abandonment

Not every shopper gets as far as the cart. This one follows up on the product someone spent time with and then left — a separate sequence from cart recovery, so the two never talk over each other.

  • Tracks the specific product that was viewed
  • Skips anyone who has since added it to the cart
  • Runs on its own delay schedule

Fires when: a product was viewed but never bought

Automation 04

Back in stock

Qpushly remembers which variants each subscriber looked at while they were sold out. Shopify tells the app when the product changes, and the people who wanted it hear about it first.

  • Driven by Shopify’s products/update webhook
  • Per-variant, not just per-product
  • Sends once per restock, not on every product edit

Fires when: a tracked variant is available again

Automation 05

Price drop

The price a shopper saw is stored alongside the product they viewed. Cut it, and the alert goes to exactly the people for whom the price was the reason they hesitated.

  • Compares against the price at the time of viewing
  • Message can carry the old and new price
  • No alert when a price goes up

Fires when: the price falls below what the shopper saw

The same controls on all five

Learn one editor and you have learned them all.

Timed sequences

Up to three reminders per automation. Each one has its own delay, and the editor stops you setting a later reminder earlier than an earlier one.

Your own copy

Title and message per reminder, plus a primary and secondary button — each with its own text and link.

Per-automation stats

Clicks, impressions, revenue and conversion rate on the automations list, so you can see which sequences justify themselves.

Off is a real state

Every automation has an enable toggle. Turning one off stops new sends without deleting the copy you wrote.

Product context

Cart and product automations carry the item with them — title, image, handle and the price the shopper saw.

No double sends

Each subscriber gets a given reminder once. Duplicate webhook deliveries from Shopify are ignored rather than re-processed.
